How to Test Your Pet Heating Pad
You can test your Pet Heating Pad by placing a large pillow on top of it. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. Do not use an extension cord during this test.
The surface of the bed will be about 10℃ bove ambient air temperature until the pet lies on the bed. Then it will warm to about 40℃, which is the natural body temperature of dogs and cats.

Cloth cover must be used:
This heating pad must be equipped with a cloth cover when it is used by pets. Because there is no hair on the pet's belly, long-term direct contact with the inner liner of the heating pad will cause low-temperature burns.
If the cloth cover is not dry after washing, you can spread a thin breathable towel or blanket on the heating pad to replace the role of the cloth cover.
After the product is opened, it is prohibited to cover the heating pad with any objects that can keep warm and do not induce air, such as cushion, pillow, quilt, etc.
